I’m currently experiencing some technical issues while trying to export images, would appreciate your urgent support** over this matter.
I can clearly see that the render is working properly but when I try to " open the folder ", the file isn’t there, however though, channels are.
Tried to uninstall and install it, and it didn’t fix.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Does this occur to all of your files or is it only specific to this one?
- If this only occurs in this specific file, then it might be best to send us your D5 file for testing.
Please also confirm/share the following:
- Can you show us a screenshot or a video recording of the whole process? Ideally, please show the folder where the Channels are.
- Where is the render location? We generally suggest placing it on your local C or D drive.
- Please also try opening a demo scene file, then render it with channels. Then check if the main image is included.
