I’ve been trying to export my D5 file into a .d5a, but the export doesn’t include the scatters and terrain, and it seems like many elements are missing.
Could you provide a solution as soon as possible? I have a tight deadline.

What’s your current D5 version?
How did you export your D5 file into D5A? Within the D5 project? Scatter and terrain are currently not supported to be exported into D5A from the object list.
I have version 2.9
I tried to export it by selecting everything in the object list, grouping it then exporting.
I know I can export them Individually but that’s a hassle and it won’t be accurate when I put it together later on, I’m sure there’s a different way could you let me know?

You may have noticed that there’s no ‘export’ option both in the Scatter and Terrain, also, they cannot be moved into a group. 
So basically, are you saying I cannot export and share my file with someone else while retaining the terrain and scatter settings? That seems very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of using scatter and terrains as shortcuts for modeling.
Hi there, I apologize for the misunderstanding. What @Leah_Li meant was you cannot export terrain and scatter assets separately (d5a). However, you can certainly share your D5 file for others to access it (retaining all of your assets, including terrain and scatter tool); just ensure you have only shared or sent the whole folder instead of the .drs file.
