Error with LiveSync

Issue Description: The “3DsMax_Converter” (LiveSync) plugin doesn’t work well, I was using the free version and two days ago it worked fine for me with the same scene, I didn’t change anything, after upgrading to PRO account last night I tried to do it again and couldn’t, today I am trying again and it has been stuck at 20% for almost 10 minutes, I would not like to regret having switched to a PRO account, I hope I have a solution.

Hi mate, are you sure the memory is ok during the syncing process? the plugin is the lastest version?

Since it is stucks during the baking process, it can also be caused by one of the materials which are not supported or bugged. You can check these materials or send your model to us for troubleshooting. Sorry for the inconvenience.
