Error message first time loading

Hey. I just downloaded the latest version and installed. When it launch I get this error message (check attached) and after that when I tried to load a sketchup file it wont load… stays at0% forever… Program is still responsive though, I mean not frozen.

I cannot find how to attach a photo here… so the error message says:

The code execution cannot proceed because XAPOFX1_5.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.

I reinstalled 2 times… same thing.

Any ideas?
