Error installation LiveSync for VectorWorks

Issue Description:Missing D5 LiveSync plugin after installation
Hello, I try to instal D5 LiveSync for Vectorworks. I’ve got two versions 2024 and 2025. After installation when I launch VectorWorks 2025, I can’t find D5 LiveSync in Render tools. After that, I restart, reinstall, but nothing. I test on my 2024 version, but I’ve got version error on startup.
I inspect my installation 2025 folder and there’s no D5 plugin into PLug-Ins folder. My installation is not on C hard-drive, it’s on another drive. May be this is the reason ?!
I look in my user/Vectorworks/plugins but there is nothing here too…

Could you provide a solution ? Can I specify VectorWorks folder installation ?
Need I reinstall VectorWorks on C hard-drive ?

Where is your Vectorworks located? Is it in an external drive? Please try to put in your local drive if this is the case.

Hi @Clov VW is located on my second local hard drive. See the last screenshot.

Were you able to reinstall your VW in your C Drive?
