Environment change affects all scene!

GPU driver - 30.0.15.1296

Hi, adjustment of environment parameter have casued all the new adjustment to update all scene instead of independently save to a particular scene. Is there an issue there or am I missing a setting? Kindly advise, thanks!

Hi, I guess this settings is turned on, please turn off the Camera Switch Only
