Hi,
I spent half of the day on setting up materials, landscape, environment, etc
The file became heavy but still operational. I did not forget to quick save every couple of steps.
I managed to make 1 render. After that the programme broke down.
Once reloaded everything disappeared.
I am very dissapointed. The scene is empty
All set ups (scenses, lights, D5 assets and model) are gone.
I would appreciate if you could help me.
I attach the image I succeeded to render, blank screen, and welcome screen with recent project.
I might send you the project but need to be instructed.

Please compress the scene file folder(which contains the .drs file) and send it to ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com
We will check why this issue happened and try our best to recover the file.
It seems the issue is related to the programme broke down(crash)?
Please send us two folders that contain logs as well:
A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.0
A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
