Hello, D5 render team! I’m having some trouble to receive any email from D5. I’m trying to apply for educational license but didn’t received any messages on my inbox (garcia.maicon@pucpr.br). Even those confirmation codes to change passwords are not reaching my mail. I did some tests with other mail and it works fine. Also no messages in the spam folder. Could someone help me, please?

Sorry for your issue. We are trying to find what cause this. BTW, Do you have a firewall installed on your computer? Have you checked your junk mailbox?
We just checked from the backend and the email earlier today was sent successfully, so you can check again.
Hi! Now it seems to be working. I tested with confirmation code to change password and is working fine.
