Hello D5 Team,
I am applying for the D5 Educational License using my verified university email (@my.unitec.edu.mx).
I completed all required fields:
- Student account
- University: Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC) – Toluca Campus
- Department: Architecture
- Major: Architecture
- Graduation date
- Student ID (front and back)
- Enrollment proof
- Email verification
However, every time I click Submit, I receive the error:
“city is null”
There is no City field available in either my D5 profile or the Educational License application form, so I cannot provide this information.
I have already tried:
- Reinstalling the D5 Launcher.
- Updating my profile.
- Verifying my educational email.
- Completing all required fields again.
Could you please help me resolve this issue or check if it is a server-side problem?
