Educational License submission fails with "city is null" error

Hello D5 Team,

I am applying for the D5 Educational License using my verified university email. I just saw someone else’s ticket submitted two minutes ago, which has the exact same problem as me, so I’ll basically write the same as his/her message.

I completed all required fields:

  • Student account
  • University: Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP)
  • Department: Architecture
  • Major: Architecture and Urbanism
  • Graduation date
  • Student ID (front and back)
  • Enrollment proof
  • Email verification

However, every time I click Submit, I receive the error:

“city is null”

There is no City field available in either my D5 profile or the Educational License application form, so I cannot provide this information.

I have already tried:

  • Reinstalling the D5 Launcher.
  • Updating my profile.
  • Verifying my educational email.
  • Completing all required fields again.

I have applied several times before and this is the first time this problem arrives in the application and I don’t know why. Hopefully it can get solved soon.

Best regards.
