Hello, I have just received an email telling me that my education license is ending, and that I should renew, just as my exam period is about to start. Is there a way to renew/extend my EDU license before it expires, or do i have to wait for it to expire and apply for a new one.

Hello, I already availed the edu license in 2024 and decided to renew it again (I am still a student). Although I’ve read that it should take 7 business days, I am wondering if having a past license expedites my new application. I kindly request it, as I am in urgent need. Thank you.

You may apply for a renewal of your Edu License through the D5 Launcher, as long as you still meet the eligibility requirements and can provide valid supporting documents. Renewal applications can be submitted after your current license expires or up to 15 days before the expiration date to avoid interruption of your access. Thank you
