Edu license bound error

Hello, I’m a user and I’m having issues with my EDU license. After the last update, it appears that my license is applied to another computer, but it’s the same one I always use. Could you help me?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Educational license is a ‘‘fixed-seat’’ license, which means your EDU account is limited to only one particular computer, we don’t support unbinding due to any changing (including add HDD). You can apply for a new educational license after the current one is expired. At that time, you can rebind it. Thank you for your understanding.
