I am enroled in the most recognised Romanian institute of Architecture yet i can not seem to pass my school’s inability to offer technical support. My official school email is not recognised as a valid educational email and as a result, i am unable to even submit my school ID in order to prove my status as a student. I am enrolled in the bigest state school of Architecture and design so i am rulling out the probability of it not being recognised as an institution abroad. Did anyone confront the same problem with the account email?

The official school email i have is not .edu because my university is in Romania. When using my official @uauim.ro school email, the platform doesnt even recognise my email as an educational email of any sort and i am unable to submit my valid student ID. Is D5 render educational licence only for abroad universities or are all the universities recognised internationally? If the platform does provide educational licences for international students, not all universities provide an .edu email to begin with. There are other types of official student emails but not all have emails that end in .edu. In my oppinion, my valid student ID should be the primary focus here, not the type of school email i am provided by my university.
