my account doesnt turn into community status, and my edu version just expired, so i cant renew it, i already tried to unbind my device, but im still not able to make my request
I checked your account and it is currently on Community version. You may apply for a renewal of your EDU License through the D5 Launcher, as long as you still meet the eligibility requirements and can provide valid supporting documents.
