Steps to Reproduce (optional):
My Issue: I cannot download free 3D assets from the D5 library. Every time I try, the download stops immediately, resulting in a 1 KB unusable file.
Troubleshooting steps I have already completed:
- My system time is correctly synchronized.
- My D5 workspace is located on a local physical drive, and I confirmed I have write permissions.
- I am not using any VPN, and no proxy is enabled (neither in Windows nor in D5’s startup settings).
- I temporarily disabled my Windows Firewall, but the 1 KB issue persisted.
- I connected my computer to my mobile phone’s hotspot to test a completely different network, but the downloads still failed exactly the same way.
