We use Dropbox shared folders at the office and when opening a D5 file stored in a Dropbox folder in different computers the “The file was located in a directory without administrative asset” shows up and cannot load the exterior model (it´s a Sketchup model loaded in D5 through the D5 converter extension to be able to modify stuff in real time). If we try to import the model again, all materials we configured in previous working sessions are lost.
This usses
I´ve tried the fixes suggested in the “directory” issue post (check acces and edit properties of files and folders and opening D5 in administrator mode) but none of them fixes it.
The problem does not occur if we import the model in D5 instead of using de D5 converter Sketchup extension to sync it in real time.
We are working in Windows 11 64 bit and using 2.1.0.0303 D5 version in our three computers, with different NVIDA Geforce RTX cards, (which I assume have no relation with the issue), all of them with recently updated drivers
Thanks!
