I had too much difficulties with pairing the archives in the new version, and I downgraded to the 2.10 version… but I also upgraded the sync program for 3dsmax, and I cannot downgrade the sync software…
I regret I just did that… any solution for downgrading the sync program for 3dmax?
Hi @rialmaguer
I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you tell us more about the issue that you are experiencing when opening archived files?
- Does it perhaps load indefinitely?
- Does it occur to every file? Or only to a specific file?
Additionally, were you able to install D5 Launcher? 2.11 requires the D5 launcher; otherwise, it won’t load correctly. You can try to reinstall in this manner:
- Versions after 2.11 require the installation of D5 launcher before downloading - Please download the launcher first before downloading 2.11
- Open D5 Launcher > Click the download button on D5 launcher homepage, select the download location, download and install.
Note: It is expected that the first project will open for several minutes since your device is compiling shaders.
after finishing downloading D5, it’s stuck at this screen. It’s not installing.
After force quit and rebooting, it installed. However, it isn’t still working.
The launcher shows it as installed, but the test won’t run, saying D5 Render isn’t installed.
Rhino Live sync is installed, but it won’t open in Rhino
D5Sync is unknown command, and there’s no D5 plugin in the plugin list.
The livesync still doesn’t work, but opening a d5 separately worked without syncing - obviously this shouldn’t be that way.
The problem is, it keeps freezing whenever something is selected. Not all the time, but quite frequently. Surely there’s also Frame Generation bug as well.
Has anyone actually tried using 2.11 version without releasing it? Installing it is a mess, and the actual software is also a mess.
