I would invest a little more:

-Graphics card RTX with min. 8 GB better 16 GB or more (budget)
-PC RAM min. 32 GB even better 64 GB

Hello, it can run D5 with no problem. But it may be not enough to handle “medium detailed scenes”
Since the RTX 3050 has 4gb vram, I would suggest you increase the RAM to 32 Gb or even higher.
