DLL missing and Not Loading any Scene

Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
Driver Version: 445.75
Issue Description: Hello. the issue i’m experiencing is that D5 Render won’t load New scenes or any of the Demo Scenes. I’ve noticed the the same issue happened to other users, reported in this forum and i’ve tried all the possible solutions but without success.
After installation, when trying to run the software for the first time was prompted by some missing DLL files. Repaired it automatically, successfully. But wen trying to load New Scene or Demo Scene, it won’t load. Remains a 0%…

Is there any new way to solve this problem?

If the problem is a DLL file, you may be missing a runtime package. Go to the folder where D5 render was installed:
( AppData\Roaming\D5 Render\d5_immerse\ThirdParty )
and install “UE4PrereqSetup_x64”.

Check that you have updated your DirectX and windows version, as well as your graphics card drivers.

First, your video driver is very old, please update to the latest version(472.xx), or at least 471.xx.

Second, please use the repair tool on this page:
