Dll error and blue screen error

Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 4080
Driver Version: 537.42

Issue Description:
Hi, the program stopped working and now there are 2 errors:
1.- I get an error in the DLL when starting the program.
2.- When I start the program, the Windows blue screen appears and my computer restarts.

I have already done everything you recommend in the forums and the problem still cannot be fixed. I already did the following:

-Update the video card drivers to the latest ones
-Update all Windows updates
-Disable antivirus
-Replace the D3D12.DLL file
-Allow full administrator control of D3D12.DLL
-I already reinstalled the program several times, but nothing works.

I hope you can help me as soon as possible. Here are the evidences.

Perhaps you can try uninstalling and re downloading the installation package on the official website, turning off all antivirus software and firewalls during installation. Replace the original installation path.

I remember there is an option at the bottom of the D5 installation interface to manually install the complete installation package. If the above cannot be resolved, please try this channel.

Hi there, did you back up the d3d12 file? If possible, please restore the original d3d12 file.
Besides, could you let us know where you found the solution to replace d3d12 file?

If your Windows system is not official, please install an official one.
