Hello.

5Drender does not run on this system. The main error is that the program does not see DirectX 12 installed. Is it related to the installed version and is it possible to bypass this problem without reinstalling windows. Thank you in advance for the answer.

Hello! @vasx.vas9994
First of all, your computer is really good!
However, D5 Render is partially based on DirectX Raytracing technology(DXR) of Microsoft, which sets the minimum operating system requirement for D5 at Win10 v1809. Your system version(1439) is below it, so DX12 is not supported.
My recommendation: Update the system version to 21H2 and above. You can also download this Upgrade Tool to update.
Windows10Upgrade9252.zip (2.7 MB)
Hope it helps.

Hey buddy, just upgrade the Windows system version to 21H2 or above and your device can run the D5 renderer smoothly.
