Issue Description:
Screenshots/Videos Description: my D5 won’t work anymore even though i have everything updated, my friend got the same problem and his desktop is even newer and stronger than mine (please i need help fast, need to finish my two projects this week, or i may lose them)

Hi saman22designs,

From the error message, it seems that D5 Render recognized your Windows system as a previous version. Did you install the system yourself?

First, please send us two folders containing logs files, which will help narrow down the issue cause.

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.2
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse

Second, we have a workaround to bypass the hardware test, I will send it to you in private message.

At last, please ask your friend whether he/she met the same error message, we will follow up to solve the problem for you and your friend. Thanks for your patience~
