Hello, D5 render uninstalls itself from my computer while im working. Happened 3 times today, reinstalled 3 times. It works like there is no problems for awhile then program closes itself and when i try to re-open the program, it says program couldn’t found in my computer.
Did you use any Encryption software/antivirus software?
Good call Bruce.W, yeah i just checked my antivirus program. It looks like Kaspersky is deleting the program.
We have contacted the Kaspersky official, and it is basically determined to be a false positive, but they have not reproduced your error; when they scanned the file, it directly showed that it is safe.
So we would like to ask if you are willing to do it, if Kaspersky needs to collect related information, they might need you to provide it. Thank you very much.
