D5 Takes too long or doesn't download the materials

Hi, I’m having this issue for some weeks now. I don’t know why the program just doesn’t download the material, as just keeps my like refreshing the material, it downloads but when I click on it, it downloads the material again.

It happens the same problem with the assets. I just updated to 2.4, but the assets report an error and download fail. I just like winning the lottery to download an asset or material.

Hi mate, we did some tests with the materials and models you posted, but did not reproduce the issue you encountered. I think that was probably a network connection problem. Did you use VPN or proxy settings? If yes, you can turn off them then try again, also, try rebooting the router or switching a network then check the result.
