Issue Description: synchronization with 3ds max - after closing D5 and use Reset command in 3ds max , synchronization process start again, closed file will open again.
Ctrl+Alt+Del is the only solution to exit.
Issue started after installing new D5

Can you record a video for us to see the whole process? And does this issue occur to all of your other files or a specific file only?
As for your versions, I may need the detailed build number.
- D5 Render Version
- 3ds Max Plug-in and 3dsMax Version
If this issue is only specific to a single file, we may need to collect your 3dsMax File for further testing. You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled 2.11 Clov-D5 Synchronization Problem
Record is bit difficult, this I faced many times, not only in one file, many.
D5 updates whenever new release comes.
