Dear D5 Support Team,
I am facing an issue with D5 Render and would appreciate your assistance.
When I try to create a new scene or sync my model, the sync does not work properly. Both SketchUp and Rhino show that I need to perform a manual sync. However, when I try to enable the sync for the first time, D5 reports missing DLL files.
I tried to solve the DLL issue manually, but after that, D5 Render still does not open properly.
Currently:
- Automatic sync is not working
- Manual sync is required but fails
- D5 Render is not launching correctly after fixing the DLL issue
I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to fix this problem.
