D5 Sync and Launch Issue with SketchUp and Rhino

Dear D5 Support Team,

I am facing an issue with D5 Render and would appreciate your assistance.

When I try to create a new scene or sync my model, the sync does not work properly. Both SketchUp and Rhino show that I need to perform a manual sync. However, when I try to enable the sync for the first time, D5 reports missing DLL files.

I tried to solve the DLL issue manually, but after that, D5 Render still does not open properly.

Currently:

  • Automatic sync is not working
  • Manual sync is required but fails
  • D5 Render is not launching correctly after fixing the DLL issue

I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to fix this problem.

  1. What version of D5 are you using?
  2. What is your SketchUp and Rhino version?
  3. What is the exact DLL error message? Could you please attach a screenshot?
  4. Did D5 work previously on this PC?
  5. Did the issue start after an update (D5 / Windows / GPU)?
  6. What happens when you launch D5 now (crash, nothing happens, splash then closes, etc.)?
