Hello, can you help me solve this problem?
Thank you
Hi @kocevgorazd
I apologize for the late response. Your device does not have any particular known issue, and you are certainly not using Intel Core i9-13900K/KF/KS and i9-14900K/KF/KS, which needs to have an updated BIOS to solve a similar issue.
-
Additionally, we do recommend having a maximum Memory Speed of 4000 Mhz, this is to prevent D5 from crashing. Although 4800 Mhz is still “acceptable”, it may be worth trying to reduce its speed. You could go to BIOS and turn off XMP to change the memory speed or try to update the BIOS version. https://youtu.be/h-MLhGMtheM?si=U5usadsmYwEfYaA1

Updating your Graphics Card Driver may also be beneficial in the long run.
I tried what you said and it didn’t worked. Also we tried on 4 other computers with my friends and It was the same problem. Maybe this problem is something with the new version 2.10 of D5. When is coming out the 2.11 version?
Hi @kocevgorazd
Thanks for your update. Can you please generate a log file for us? How to use Support Tool? | User Manual
-
After you have generated the log file, can you try to perform a complete uninstallation of D5 Render? Please delete the following folder then uninstall D5, you may install it again after.
-
Just to clarify, do you have any special set up that you are currently using, perhaps using a Virtual Machine or such? Any additional information would help us. Do the 4 other computers that you have tested have the same PC Specification? This issue is not normal and should not be happening on your end hence, we would like to examine your log files.
Hi @kocevgorazd
So this error prompt also showed before? It seems like the issue is related to DLL files. I may need you to try these 2 probable solution.
