D5 Running slow on new PC

**D5 Render Version: 2.11.0
**Graphics Card: Intel B580 12GB
**Driver Version: 32.0.101.6874 (on slower PC) 32.0.101.6987 (on faster)
**Issue Description: I have two identical computers running D5 as well as a laptop. For some reason one of the desktop PCs seems to be running very slowly compared to the others, the laptop has slightly better specs so runs absolutely fine but the other PC also runs fine with exactly the same settings.

I ran a benchmark on both PCs and have linked the results below:

the graphics drivers are slighly different but both were absolutely fine until just before 2.11 came out

**Steps to Reproduce (optional): Can’t seem to recreate it on the faster PC but also can’t get the slower PC to fix itself.

Please share to me the following images for both devices. I recommend labelling the,m which is which.

• System Information
  
  
• VRAM - Open a sample D5 File (the same file should be opened in these devices) while accessing this portion of the task manager.
  
  
• Memory Speed
  
  

They do have different driver versions, have you tried having it the same as the faster device?

Thanks for the response, I have updated the drivers and they both match now but still the same issues.

Alright, it is indeed “normal” just based on the images that you have sent. I would like to request your log files so we can inspect them at a deeper level. Preferably, the logs from both devices. You may send it to me here privately in Forum Messages.
