D5 Rhino Sync Issue - versions

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the Rhino Sync feature in D5 Render.

I have the latest versions of D5 Render, Rhino, and the D5 Sync plugin installed. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin several times, and I’ve also tested different plugin versions, but the Sync function still doesn’t work.

The plugin appears to be installed correctly, but D5 is not syncing with Rhino.

Could you please advise on what I should check or how to troubleshoot this issue?

Can you show us some screenshots or perhaps a video-recording to explain the issue?

I’m facing a similar issue. It does sync but when I make modifications on rhino, it suddenly stops mid work. I have to re-export and then re-sync. Even with this step it doesn’t always work.

Can you send us some supporting images and even videorecording?

  • Does this only happen to this specific Rhino File?
  • Which version of the D5 Plug-in are you using?
  • How about the Rhino Version and D5 Version?
