I have purchased a D5 lifetime license and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the program.
I have been experiencing some technical difficulties with the program, however. The first time I downloaded the program it opened up the file with no issues, however, after closing the program it then refused to open again. It works fantastically but only opens once upon download.
The loading screen remains at 0%, for hours. I then had to force quit, uninstall the program, reinstall the program and then again it will allow me to open a file once before repeating the same process. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times so far, the same result each time – with the file only opening on the first use of the freshly installed program.
I have gone through the forum for solutions but the files linked that will solve the issue are corrupted.
I would appreciate any kind of support or feedback regarding this issue.
