Hi, i just downloaded and installed the latest D5 converter for 3dsmax.I tried to start D5 from 3dsmax and got a message that i should update D5 render 2.3.0. After it was done i got a error “update failed” or something. I uninstalled D5 render and manually downloaded and installed the latest launcher. When i try to start D5 it only shows the startup screen without loading, just hangs. No error message.
My setup is:
Win 11 pro
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
64 GB DDR4 ram
RTX 3080 Ti (516.59 driver)
Could this be a issue from any recent win 11 updates?
Nevermind, i tried to install one more time and now it worked for whatever resaon?
Hi, I think it may be caused by incomplete installation. Never mind, next time if you encounter this problem, please back up your files, and use the D5 Support tool to collect a log file then send to us, thanks for your comprehension.
