D5 Render unable to detect DELL XPS15 RTX 3050ti GPU

NVIDA Studio Driver Version 516.94
Operating System: Windows 11
RAM: 32GB
CPU: 12th Gen Intel i9-12900HK @ up to 5GHz 14 cores.

D5 Render is unable to detect the RTX 3050ti GPU when installing and only sees the onboard CPU graphics

Trying to install D5 Render on several DELL XPS15 laptops but when you run the software it is unable to see the RTX 3050ti GPUs that the laptop have installed on them. I have ensured that all drivers are up to date, all firmware is up to date, windows is fully patched (Windows 11) and I have attempted to run the installer with admin privileges . If anyone has any idea why this is happening then please kindly let me know.

Also to add I have checked in the windows graphics settings that D5 is set to high performance. I have also tested the game ready drivers but I still get the same error message.
