D5 Render Team - Render Tour stuck at 99%?

Hi D5 Team and everyone who has experience using D5 Render Team. I am on my trial to see if the Team version worth to be purchase. I’m currently trying to use the render tour feature but the rendering process keep sticking to 99%. Have anyone had this problem before? Thanks in advance
