D5 render Recent update issue files not opening

Graphics Card: Rtx 3060 12 gb
Driver Version: latest
Issue Description: Files are not opening in D5 Render. sometimes the file is being opened but doesn’t have imported models in it.

hi, just updated to 2.1 but the textures don’t load in the revit plugin and lost hours of work :c

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. First, the same model had textures on it in D5 2.0?
Second, please make sure your video driver updated.
