Did this issue happen after you updated to 2.8? Did you have this problem previously with an older version? What is the current type of cpu you have? For cpu issues, refer to this post. Does the CPU have a big impact on D5? | User Manual (d5render.com)
If this issue is not caused by the cpu, we suggest trying a clean install of the drivers or reinstalling D5 with a different path. If these two methods still don’t solve the problem, you can check to see if you have cpu overclocking turned on, and you can try turning it off.
