Issue Description: D5 Student Subscription got automatically signed out to the device and I cannot sign in my student account since it says already bound to the single device
Hi @dpvalenzuela the edu license is bound to a single device and you are allowed to unbind one device per year.
I didn’t logged it out. It automatically got logged out. As I were trying to Log in again, I cannot since it detects that it is still logged in.
@dpvalenzuela Have you previously logged in on a different device? The license is bound to a single device, and you cannot sign in on multiple devices. However, you can visit myspace to change the binding.
