D5 Render does stuck while starting

Hi guys,

I’m new here, was about to try out D5 and its VR capabilities and I found myself stuck in this screen while just opening the software:

I’ve tryed in another computer and same result, can anyone help me out?

**Graphics Card: RTX 4060

Hello, @oi1, apologize for this issue, have you scanned the user manual that discussed how to connect your VR device and confirmed that you’ve followed these steps? How to use VR (beta) Widget? | User Manual

Could you also please provide me with your system info, see this guide photo here.

Another thing what VR device and model you are currently using? Can you use D5 normally when not using VR?
Does this black screen only appear after trying to connect the VR device?

The software D5 does not even load, I am unable to click in anything on it, not even a file or the support tool.

my system info is:
**D5 Render Version: 2.8
**Graphics Card: RTX 4060
**Memory: 64Gb
**CPU: 12th Gen i7 12-700F

Thanks for the response but I need more information coming from you. I need to make sure that your case is a known or ongoing issue or just a special case that needs a special solution. Could you please try to uninstall your D5 Render and have it reinstall again? You can get the most recent version at this link, https://www.d5render.com/. Another thing is to always try to make sure you run it as admin in installing.

Please also provide me with your Windows System and GPU driver version. Need to make sure that those 2 are compatible. See the attached images below.
