I am unable to get D5 Render to work in any capacity, it is crashing the instant I try to open the program, whether it be through Sketchup or from the desktop app. I verified the driver is the recommended model, but it hasn’t worked once. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but no luck. Any help is appreciated.

My listed display adapters are Intel(R) UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
Hello, please make sure D5 uses RTX2060 on your computer. If the problem remains, you could send us two logs folders.
- A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.2
- A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
