**Issue Description: The software runs the benchmark initially and after it opens it automatically shuts down within 2-3 seconds, Later when I try to turn it on for the second and third time it opens and repeats the same thing (closes itself without warning in 2-3 secs)
Help me out here a little. Is it the video card that is not supported or is there any other issue? Please let me know, thanks.

I had the same problem, the software closes after a few seconds, I think it’s not a graphics card driver problem since I tried with the same graphics card on another computer and it worked
Hi mate, can you tell me your hardware information and the version of your D5 and GPU driver？ dose it happen even to the empty scene? can you try again and send the log files to us for troubleshooting?

Hello, i having same issue with D5 2.91 ,Previously there was a version of 2.9, I thought that if I updated it, I would not have the same problem again, but the program still closes itself without warning.
