Description of the work:
βThe scene takes place at a geo dome style getaway at Signal Hill in Cape Town, South Africa.
The inspiration came from an HDRI map I have by Greg Zaal from HDRI Haven. Working with this HDRI provided the inspiration of a vacation to Signal Hill.
During the beginning of the pandemic, I had preordered D5 Render and started my own online rendering business. Since then it has been the best career decision I have ever made. Both locations in the Distance Oasis video will be real places that will be built, and which I personally worked with clients to help visualize. I have D5 Render to thank for the adventure this career change has become and am very happy to be a part of the contest."
