“I live and work in a large urban agglomeration with approximately 1.7 million inhabitants. I miss proximity to nature and wildlife. I spent my entire childhood close to the surrounding forests and lakes as I was born in a small town in the north of Poland in Masuria - the Land of a Thousand Lakes. Therefore, my project DISTANCE shows the longing and willingness to return to my homeland, to a quiet, picturesque place, devoid of the city noise.”
