Hi @mudit
Have you tried connecting to another network or using VPN, just to see if the speed gets better?
Hi.
Yes i have tried everything. Nothing works.
It took a whole day just to update around 15-20 assets in my project.
Hi @mudit
Can you generate a log file? Further inspection and testing of your log files will resume on October 9, 2025 since most of our teams are having their national holiday.
- Please send me your log files privately here in forum
For now you can try the following options:
- You may also try to modify your proxy settings and see if the issue persists.
- I can also provide you with domains and IPs that may be needed for you to whitelist. But we don’t have any general instruction as to how to whitelist since it differs from one software to another. I highly recommend contacting your IT Team or if none, you can further browse on how to do it with your antivirus or firewall software.
Hi @Clov
Sure i will send you log files.
I tried modifying proxy settings, but didn’t understand much.
Hi @mudit
I have sent you the IPs and domains that needs to be whitelisted, were you able to whitelist them?
Where, i didn’t get it. Did you send privately?
The links you shared privately, are not working.
Also, it looks like, everything thing which uses internet in D5 are having same problem. Like, assets downloading, D5 studio presets download, switching to hdri mode in environment doesn’t able to load hdri due to network issues. Presets which i saved from different file, and when using it takes too long to download.
Please help asap as i have project going on. It’s urgent
Hi @mudit, I have resent the addresses to you. Kindly check your private messages. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes, I have sent it to you privately few days ago. These links are not meant to be clicked and accessed immediately; they need to be whitelisted.
We do not have a general instruction on how to whitelist these domains, as it may differ from one software to another (Antivirus/Firewall). Hence, we highly recommend having your IT Department assists or if none, you may need to search for your antivirus/firewall software’s instruction manual regarding this manner.
HI @Anthony_D5 @Clov
Tried whitelist these domains which you have sent. But nothing improves at all.
Whitelist these domains didn’t work for me.
Hi @mudit
We’ve checked your logs,
- According to your logs, you’re using Jio network in India, in the past Jio isp’s network connection is not so good, so I highly suggests connecting to another one.
- I did mention to try to use a VPN but im not sure if you have been using it even before I mentioned it since in your logs, VPN was used since the cdn node is in France.
Please try switching ISP, or turning off VPN and resetting network
I have been using JIO for months now, there was no problem earlier. But for around 7 days it D5 is creating issues. Also i had tried using VPN, but nothing got better, and also i tried switching ISP, and turning off VPN. Nothing works.
At least any other assets are downloading, HDRIs and Particles are not even downloading.
Hi @mudit
Have you tried resetting your network?
Try running these network commands to manually reset the TCP/IP stack, release and renew the IP address, and flush and reset the DNS client resolver cache:
- Select Search on the taskbar, and type command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.
- At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
- Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter .
- Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
- Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
- Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.
