Issue Description: stuck in the initialization and program startup failed

Steps to Reproduce (optional):
The D5 render doesn’t open, and if it does, it turns off immediately.
I’ve tried everything on the forums (updating the drive), but I can’t get it to open.
Currently it gets stuck in the initialization phase for a long time and turns off automatically.
It was working fine until yesterday, and I’m asking for help as I’m facing a sudden problem.
