Issue Description: I have the student pro version of D5 Render, and it hasn’t been a year yet, but it keeps logging me out. Each time I log in, it indicates that I don’t have D5. I’ve restarted my laptop and saved my work multiple times, but the issue persists.
Additionally, when I’m working with live sync, I’ve noticed that after I close and reopen my file the next day, all the materials in specific parts of my model disappear, even though I’ve saved everything. I’m using SketchUp and D5, and while I have layers set up, this issue continues to occur.
Please provide solutions ASAP, as I have a project due tonight!
Hi mate, it seemed a server issue that prevented logging in, and now the issue is resolved, please try again to log in with your EDU account. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
Did you change materials or save the skp model as other files then sync to D5 Render? Please note that D5 Render uses material ID to distinguish those materials in SketchUp.
To confirm, the material changes back to its original materials from SketchUp, or the model just disappears?
If the model/component just disappears, please check whether the layer/tag is hidden in SketchUp.
No, it’s still there in SketchUp but when I sync on d5 it disappears and just shows the colors I put on SketchUp, not the material I put in d5. I redid it again and hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
