D5 not connecting to Revit

D5 Render Version: 2.10.1.0579
**Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 **
Driver Version: 32.0.15.6614
Issue Description: I have Revit 2025 and the newest D5, I also have downloaded the workflow plugin to Revit, but whenever I try to sync them it says that I don’t have the latest version of D5 and to update it, if I try to go a different route and import it directly into D5, it shows no .rvt files in my file explorer…

Hi @greta-ella.jirgena

I apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Does this occur to all of your files?
  • Is it file-specific?

Please try to completely uninstall D5 Render then reinstall again:

Let me know if this helps, thank you.

Hello, thank you for the reply, the error is not file specific, I’ve tried it with multiple Revit files. I did uninstall it as instructed, but the error is still the same.

Hi @greta-ella.jirgena

  • Can you open the D5 Render Application (without the use of Livesync, just the app) normally?
  • Please try to reinstall the Plug-in first, then if it doesn’t work, proceed to the generation of log files.
  • Please generate a log file for us. You may send it here via DM: How do you use the Support Tool? | User Manual

Thank you.

Hello, yes, I can open the application normally. I tried to reinstall the plug-in, but the error remained the same.
Here are the log files.

Hi @greta-ella.jirgena

Thanks for the log files. Our team would want to know if there are any other 3d Modeling software that is currently installed in your Device, perhaps SketchUp? Or any software that is currently supported with our Livesync.

  • If so, please try to open it (make sure the latest version of the live-sync is installed) and use the live-sync version if it’s functioning normally.

Let me know of the results. Thank you.

Hello, unfortunately, I don’t have any other 3D modeling software currently installed.

Hi @greta-ella.jirgena

Alright, I understand. Please check your DMs for further troubleshooting. Thank you.
