D5 não parou de abrir no meu computador

Olá, boa tarde!

Tenho o D5 instalado no meu computador, porém depois de uma atualização do próprio D5 ele parou de funcionar.
No erro ele informa para eu fazer o upgrade do windows 10, porém já está na última versão com todas as atualizações.

Já fiz as correções do Windows com o DISM e o SFC.
Já fiz todas as atualizações do Windows Update.

Alguém está passando por isso?

We need a folder called “logs” on the installation place of D5 Render, please compress it and send it to me. THank you in advance!

Hello, we received your mail checked the logs. The issue cause is that your system lacks some file and Our detection tool recognized your computer as Windows2003…But do not worry, since we will fix this in the next update.
What’s more, we have a workaround for this as a current solution. Please check the private message I sent you.
