D5 logged me out of Pro Account and can't log back in

Hello! Sorry to bother you again. Were you logged in in administrator mode when you bound the educational licence to your computer?

It is possible but i don’t remember. I used D5 serval times without Admin mode and had no problems. I used it only because D5 suggested after i had an error / crash.

Is there any solution for this Problem?

Actually i don’t remember, i installed it about 1 years ago, i never had this problem. It just poped up after i ran D5 once as admin.

My suggestion at the moment is that you could try unbinding the Education version and then rebinding it in non-administrator mode. However, our Education version system has recently been upgrading and we are unable to perform the unbind operation (the upgrade is expected to be completed this month). So I think you can do this after the system upgrade is complete.
