Issue Description:
Hello, I downloaded the D5 Launcher and wanted to install the application version 2.11.0.0605, but unfortunately I’m having an issue. On the main screen, after clicking the blue “Install” button and then selecting the path in “Installation setting” and clicking “Install” again, I get a “Download Failed” error. I checked the firewall and antivirus, and they seem fine (I also temporarily disabled them to see if it would work). Unfortunately, I cannot install the application, and I wanted to purchase the subscription again for the new version. Is there any other way to install the software? I couldn’t find a direct download link for the installation anywhere.
I am attaching a screenshot showing the issue. The previous version installed without problems (I tested it a few months ago).

Steps to Reproduce (optional):
- Open D5 Launcher
- Click “Home” on the left in the tabs
- In the “Welcome” and “Products” section, click the blue “Install” button
- Select the installation path and click “Install”
- A red popup will appear with the message “Download Failed”
