D5 LAUNCHER doesn’t open after many attempts.

The D5 LAUNCHER is already installed and I have it on my desktop, but it just doesn’t show DEBUG there:

Sorry for the inconvenience. The log message you mentioned should not be necessarily related to the issue. If the D5 Launcher does not open even after multiple attempts, that is not an expected behavior.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Open Task Manager and check if D5Launcher is running in the background. If so, end the task and try opening it again.
  2. Right-click the D5 Launcher and select Run as administrator.
  3. Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall, or add D5 Launcher to the whitelist.
  4. If the issue persists, please reinstall the D5 Launcher using the latest version from the official website.

To help us investigate further, could you please let us know:

  • Do you see any error prompt or message when trying to open the D5 Launcher?
  • Were you able to install D5 Render successfully, and does D5 Render itself open normally, or does it also fail to launch?
