Добрый день! Переустанавливала windows, из-зи чего приходится повторно устанавливать программу. Но D5 render не скачивается с Launcher. Пришлось его удалить.Но теперь даже не могу с интернета скачать launcher,идет просто вечная загрузка.Что делать?

Have you tried a different network or temporarily disabled firewall/antivirus?
Please try uninstalling both D5 and the Launcher, delete all D5-related folders (especially in AppData), restart you device and download the full installer from our official site then run it as administrator. Download & Installation | User Manual
